In 2017, Steigenberger AG commissioned PProf. Dr. Mag. Kai-Torsten Illing to develop a strategy to integrate more health and medical services into a hotel in Switzerland. Following an extensive market analysis and evaluation of various development options for the hotel, a decision-making process led to the formulation of new strategies.
